The USA Inline Hockey National Development Program selects and sends national teams to the World Championships. In a single 2026 season that means the Masters Women's World Championships in Bayern, Germany and the Jr Women's World Championships in Alto Paraná, Paraguay — two international campaigns, run end-to-end on Regystra.

The Challenge

Sending a national team abroad is nothing like running a local tournament:

Registration fees in the thousands per player — collected as deposits, then balances chased for months
Hotel rooms in Germany and Paraguay coordinated by email, with roommates splitting costs by hand
Team jerseys and equipment ordered through separate channels, reconciled separately
Athletes, alternates, and families across the country — and abroad — needing answers in their own language

How It Runs on Regystra

Team applications & registration — deposits per person for one campaign, full player registration for another, and free alternate-player spots — each event configured exactly how the program needs it.
Payment plans built in — players pay a deposit at registration and the balance in equal installments. No spreadsheets, no chasing — balances collect themselves.
Hotels inside the checkout — single or double rooms, arrival-date pricing, and split-cost options where teammates each pay their share of a shared room. International housing handled at registration, not by email.
Team gear as add-ons — extra jerseys, wheels, bearings, and spacers offered right in the registration flow and through the program's own store.
10 languages — the registration hub serves athletes and families in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German-adjacent European markets, and more — under the program's own brand.
Information requests & communications — prospective athletes request info directly from each event page, and the program manages schedules, announcements, and follow-ups in one place.
The Results
One checkout covers registration, hotel, and gear — for events on two continents
Deposits secured up front; remaining balances collected automatically on schedule
Roommate cost-splitting handled by the platform instead of between families
The same setup repeats for every future championship cycle — configure once, reuse every season
